Moroto municipality mayor
Ismael Mohamed has expressed concerns over the increasing number of street
children especially in camp Swahili and the town center, saying this could be
the reason for increased insecurity cases within the municipality.
Mohamed
blamed parents who he says are just watching their children on the street yet
they can do much to address the challenge.
He however
assured the public that the council is willing and determined to address the
challenge.
